Cancellation policy

 

Membership Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 24, 2025 

By subscribing to any Management Cues subscription plan (“Subscription”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Plans & Access

Management Cues offers monthly subscription plans, each with unique features and access levels, including but not limited to:

  • Email support

  • Online course access

  • Live virtual workshops

  • Private coaching sessions

  • Monthly decision-making guides and leadership tools

Plan access begins on the date of subscription and continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

 

2. Billing & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate specified at checkout.

  • Payment will be automatically charged to your designated method on the same day each month.

  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at info@managementcues.org.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

  • Refunds are issued only in the event of billing errors or technical faults caused by Management Cues.

 

4. Support and Coaching Sessions

  • Email support is limited to reasonable use as determined by Management Cues.

  • Coaching or training sessions must be scheduled in advance using our scheduling link provided and used within the billing month. Unused sessions do not roll over.

  • Conflict resolution and idea distillation sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability. Use the scheduling link provided to view availability and schedule appointments any time.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, tools, frameworks, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Management Cues, LLC.

  • Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

 

6. Account Access & Security

  • Subscriptions are intended for the use of the named subscriber or authorized personnel (in the case of enterprise plans).

  • You agree to keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

 

7. Modifications to the Service

Management Cues reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, features, or pricing with notice. Continued use of your subscription constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription if you breach these terms, misuse services, or engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the program or community.

 

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
